Rover is playful. He is also very energetic. He has a quick temper, and that gets him into trouble. Artaxerxes also has a quick temper, too. He likes to play around. Artaxerxes will hold a grudge, as well.
Roverandom is turned into a toy by Artaxerxes because he was playing with him and artaxerxes took his toy away, so Rover bit him and Artaxerxes got mad, so he turned him into a toy. Throughout the book, Rover is trying to find Artaxerxes so he can turn him back Rover to himself. Then Rover finds Artaxerxes at the bottom of the sea. Finally, Artaxerxes turns Rover back to himself.
I would give this book a five star rating, and I would recommend this book because it has a lot of detail. I would recommend this book as well because it is written by J. R. R. Tolkien, and he is a good writer. Overall this book is very good.
